The short answer
The best alcohol-free beer gift set right now is Dry Drinker’s Oktoberfest Stein Box: twelve German alcohol-free beers and a one-litre Erdinger glass stein for £39.99. For a single brewery, Wise Bartender’s Lucky Saint pack has ten beers, a glass and a lanyard for £33.

Buying for a beer lover who’s drinking less this year? A good gift set is more than the beer: a glass they’ll keep, a box that opens well, a selection somebody clearly thought about. The alcohol-free ones have got very good at this, and a few of the best-known have already sold out, so it pays to choose early.
These are the sets we’d be happy to give, every one in stock when we checked on 7 October 2026, plus the best sets sold straight from the breweries. Where we’ve reviewed the beers inside, we’ve linked them, so you know how good your present is before you wrap it.
Gold is our pick. Green bars include a glass; pale bars don’t. Prices before delivery.

Alcohol Free Oktoberfest Stein Box
£39.99Dry Drinker12 beers plus steinIn stock
Twelve alcohol-free beers from six German breweries, two of each, and a one-litre Erdinger glass stein to pour them into. It is the only set here where the extra is as good as the beer, and it works out at £3.33 a beer before you count the stein.
Lucky Saint is the alcohol-free beer most people have heard of, which makes this the safest present on the page. Five bottles of Unfiltered Lager, our highest-scoring lager at 8.7, and five cans of Hazy IPA, which scores 8.6, with a branded half-pint glass and a lanyard.
The glass and lanyard come free while stocks last, so this is one to order early. It’s also the only Lucky Saint beer gift set we know of: the brewery’s own shop sells glassware, not beer sets.
Twelve alcohol-free beers and something to nibble, in a Christmas gift pack. It’s a proper spread of styles: lagers, pale ales, IPAs and stouts from UK and international breweries, all between 0.0% and 0.5% ABV, with nuts and chocolate alongside.
Buy it for someone who likes trying new beers more than they like any one beer. One a day takes them from the 14th to Christmas Day, if anyone’s counting.

5 Bottle Alcohol Free Dark Beer & Chocolate Gift Pack
£22.50Wise Bartender5 dark beers plus chocolateGift box
Five alcohol-free dark beers and a bar of Tony’s dark chocolate, at least 70% cocoa, in a gift box. Stout and dark chocolate is the pairing that needs least explaining, and our stout and chocolate guide explains it anyway.
The beers inside are a surprise, which is half the fun. For a stout drinker who likes to know what’s coming, the Midnight Pour below names all six.
No ribbon, no glass, just the best present on this page for anyone who drinks dark beer: twelve cans, two each of six alcohol-free stouts and porters, for £2.50 a can. It includes Drop Bear Bonfire Stout, which scores 8.3 with us, and Guinness 0.0 at 8.1.
Buying for a fan of one brewery? These three sets come straight from the brewer. We don’t earn anything from them; they’re here because they make good presents.
Brulo Luxury Gift Set, £26.99
Four 330ml cans in the mixed sets, a Gold Harmony glass, a pair of Brulo socks and a keyring. There are ten versions at the same price: three mixed sets, six built around a single beer and an IPA and lager pairing. The Discovery set is the one we’d choose, because it includes Brulo Lust for Life DDH IPA (8.6 in our reviews), Brulo Cascadian Tides Stout (8.4) and Brulo 5 Fruit Gose (8.3). Brulo values the set at £36. See it at Brulo, or read our Brulo profile.
Nirvana Bottle Gift Box, £17.99
Three 500ml bottles in a Nirvana gift box: Bavarian Helles Lager, a traditional Hefeweizen and Nirvana Best. It’s the cheapest boxed set on this page and arrives ready to give. See it at Nirvana, or read our Nirvana Brewery profile.
Impossibrew Bestseller Bundle, £49.95
Eighteen 440ml cans, nine each of Enhanced Lager and Enhanced Hazy Pale, with a free glass. It’s down to £49.95 from £66. That’s a lot of one brewery, so it’s the one for someone who already drinks Impossibrew. See it at Impossibrew, or read our Impossibrew profile.
Worth watching for
Three more sets we rate were sold out on 7 October 2026: Jump Ship’s Gift Box of seven beers with a tasting glass and snack (£29.99), Mash Gang’s Gift Pack of eight cans with a glass and beanie (£39.99), and Dry Drinker’s Nirvana Mixed Beer Case with Glass (£29.99). Keep an eye on them nearer Christmas; our Jump Ship and Mash Gang profiles explain why.
Gifts that keep arriving
For a present that lasts past Christmas
A monthly alcohol-free beer box
From £21.50a monthDry Drinker or Wise Bartender
A gift set is opened once. A subscription turns up every month with something new in it. Dry Drinker’s Beer Discovery Subscription sends eight beers a month for £21.50, dispatched on the 21st. Wise Bartender’s AF Beer Club also sends eight, on the 6th, for £28 a month with UK mainland delivery included, and you can cancel at any time.
The other present that lasts is a CAMRA gift membership: £37 for a year, with £30 of beer vouchers, festival entry and pub discounts. It suits a pub-goer more than a home drinker, and code GIFT26 takes £5 off through our CAMRA link.

Wise Bartender and Dry Drinker gift cards
From £10Digital
A gift card is the honest answer when you don’t know what someone drinks. Wise Bartender’s come in £10, £20, £50 and £100, with the code emailed the same day. Dry Drinker’s digital card comes in £25, £50, £75 and £100, and lets you add the recipient’s name, a message and a date for it to be sent.
Pair one with a link to our Beer Finder and they’ll know what to spend it on.
The question is what they drink now. Someone who orders lager wants a lager set; someone who orders Guinness wants the dark beers. If they drink IPA, our alcohol-free IPA guide is the place to start, and a mixed case from the assortment box guide may suit better than any set here. Not sure? The Beer Finder takes five questions.
Decide whether the glass matters
Four sets on this page come with glassware: the Oktoberfest stein, the Lucky Saint half-pint, Brulo’s Gold Harmony glass and Impossibrew’s glass. A glass is what’s left when the beer has gone, so it’s worth having, but it isn’t worth paying double for. On per-beer price the Midnight Pour and the Impossibrew bundle are the best value; the four-can Brulo set costs most per can because you’re paying for the glass, socks and keyring too.
Named beers or a surprise?
Seven of the nine sets name the beers inside. The Twelve Beers of Christmas and the dark beer pack keep theirs a surprise, which is half the fun for an adventurous drinker. For a fussy one, pick a set that names its beers and check them against our reviews: every link above goes to one.
Buy two and save the delivery
Buying for more than one person? Put the presents in one basket. Wise Bartender delivers free over £69 and Dry Drinker over £79, so two or three sets in a single order can save you the £5.99 or £6.99 delivery charge. Our guide to the cheapest way to buy alcohol-free beer has more on this.

The verdict
If you buy one thing from this page, make it the Oktoberfest Stein Box: good beer, a stein that will outlast it and change from £40. For a brand they’ll recognise, the Lucky Saint pack. For under £25, lagers or dark beers in a gift box.
And if you know their taste better than any shop could, build them a dozen of their own with the Crate Builder.
