The story behind Super Bock Stout
Portugal’s biggest brewer doesn’t just do pale lager: Super Bock’s dark beer heritage runs deep, and this alcohol-free stout carries it at 0.5%. Like all Super Bock’s NA beers it’s brewed fully, then de-alcoholised using the process the group developed with the University of Porto — flavour first, subtraction second.
Expect roasted malt, coffee and chocolate aromas with a smooth, medium body — one of the very few mainstream European brands offering a proper AF dark beer, which makes it a valuable find for stout drinkers outside the craft bubble.
