The story behind Triple Zero
Ambar — Zaragoza’s La Zaragozana, family-owned since 1900 — launched Spain’s first alcohol-free beer back in 1976, and Triple Zero is the modern flagship of that half-century head start: zero alcohol, zero sugar, launched in 2022 with a gluten-free version alongside.
It drinks like the work of a brewery that’s been refining the idea for fifty years — crisp, clean and properly lager-like, with none of the worty sweetness that betrays lesser zeros. In Spain this is an utterly normal café order; here it’s still a quiet flex.
