The story behind Pink Grapefruit Wheat
Bamberg’s biggest brewery — three centuries old, UNESCO-city royalty, de-alcoholising in-house since 2019 — also makes the most playful beer in its range: a wheat beer laced with pink grapefruit, squarely in the German tradition of fruited Weissbier refreshers.
