The story behind Ghost Czech Pils
We Can Be Friends is the UK’s collaboration-powered alcohol-free specialist: founded by Sam Ray with the stated aim of brewing the best alcohol-free beer in the world, it develops its 0.5% beers with some of Britain’s highest-rated craft breweries — Mash Gang, Track, Overtone and Vault City among them.
Ghost Czech Pils is its take on the world’s most technically unforgiving style: Czech-inspired pilsner, where there’s nowhere for flaws to hide. Soft, snappy and properly bitter, it’s a confident answer to the hardest exam in brewing.
