The story behind Kapuziner Weissbier
Kapuziner is the wheat-beer marque of the historic Kulmbacher brewery in Upper Franconia — one of Bavaria’s great brewing towns — and its alkoholfrei Weissbier is the textbook of the style: hazy gold, soft banana and clove, that plush wheat-beer body.
