A limited collaboration with Pilot Beer of Leith, soured with a mixed culture of yeasts and bacteria and brewed with plenty of raspberry juice and a touch of vanilla extract. Jump Ship describes a pale pink pour that’s lightly tart and refreshing, with fresh hay and ripe fruit, a dry finish and creamy vanilla that gives an impression of sweetness.

About Jump Ship Brewing

Jump Ship Brewing makes only alcohol-free beer. Sonja Mitchell launched it in December 2019, and since early 2024 it has brewed at its own dedicated alcohol-free brewery at Rosemains Steading in Pathhead, Midlothian, about 11 miles south-east of Edinburgh. Every Jump Ship beer is under 0.5% ABV, vegan and gluten-free, and none is made by removing alcohol after brewing.

Uncharted is under 0.5% ABV. Jump Ship doesn’t remove alcohol after brewing: it manages the mash and uses specially selected yeasts so that very little alcohol forms in the first place.
