What is Alexander Bohemian Alcohol-Free?

Alexander is a lager brand from A. Le Coq, and Olvi’s export site calls it “number one beer brand in Estonia”. This is the alcohol-free version of Alexander Bohemian, which A. Le Coq says is “the best choice for those who enjoy the strong hoppy taste and aroma of Alexander but prefer their beer without alcohol”.

It’s brewed with pilsner malt, and at 22 IBU and 16 EBC it is a little more bitter and a deeper gold than A. Le Coq 0,0. A. Le Coq has also made a full-strength Alexander Bohemian with the same name, so look for “alkoholivaba” (alcohol-free) or “Alcohol-Free” on the can.

In Estonia it’s sold in 500ml cans, and Olvi also exports it in an English-labelled 568ml pint can. We couldn’t find a UK retailer selling it when we checked in October 2026. Dry Drinker lists only one A. Le Coq product, its Fassbrause Peach, a 0.0% peach radler, and that was out of stock; Wise Bartender sells A. Le Coq’s ready-made alcohol-free cocktails, such as its Mai Tai, but not its beers.
