Who are Paulaner?

Paulaner Brauerei Gruppe traces its roots to 1634, when monks of the Minim Friars began brewing beer at the Neuhauser Paulaner monastery in Munich. Today Paulaner is one of the six Munich breweries with the official right to serve at Oktoberfest, and one of the largest wheat beer producers in Germany.
