If you’ve decided to join CAMRA, there’s no need to pay full price. Here’s how to get £5 off your membership — single, joint or gift — how the offer works, and the other discounts worth stacking on top.
Heads up: this page contains affiliate links to CAMRA. If you join through them we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you — and you still get the £5 saving. Read our full disclosure.
How to get £5 off CAMRA membership
It’s a simple two-step: click through our offer link (so the £5 offer is registered against your visit), then enter the right code at checkout. All four codes below are official, live now, and valid until 31 December 2026. Codes work on membership subscriptions only and can’t be combined with other offers or voucher codes.
Click through, pick your membership, and enter code ALE71 at checkout for £5 off.

The discount applies to the first year of any annual membership (single, joint or gift). Direct Debit memberships renew at the standard price after the first year — you’ll be notified before renewal, and you can cancel any time. One discount applies per membership, and CAMRA can amend or withdraw offers, so it’s worth joining while it’s live.
Stack it with CAMRA’s other savings
The £5 isn’t the only way to pay less. If you’re aged 18–25 you save £8.50 on membership. Paying by Direct Debit saves another £2, and the first Direct Debit term often runs 15 months for the price of 12. And remember you get £30 of real ale vouchers back (£40 for joint members) — so for a regular pub-goer the effective cost is very low.
What you get for your (discounted) membership
Even at the reduced price, you get the full benefits: £30 of real ale vouchers, discounts at 3,600+ pubs, free entry to 100+ festivals from 2026, BEER magazine, Learn & Discover and more. We break it all down in is CAMRA membership worth it?
Single, joint or gift?
Single covers one person and comes with £30 of vouchers. Joint is for two people at one address — two full memberships and £40 of vouchers — for around £42 a year. Gift membership is a genuinely good present for a beer or pub lover, and comes with the same £30 of vouchers. The £5 saving applies to all three through our link.
